Most parts ship same day or next morning. We tell you the exact delivery time so you can set expectations with your customer.

When emergency sourcing is the right call

Use emergency sourcing when:

Customer's spa is leaking actively
Spa is frozen or about to freeze (no heat)
Pump or heater failed and customer has a guest event
You need the part before a weekend or holiday
You're on a callback and cannot afford another truck roll

Use standard ordering when:

Customer can wait 2–4 business days
You're planning ahead for maintenance season
Part is for inventory stock, not a specific job
You're testing a diagnosis (order both options)
