Your customer's spa is leaking on a Friday at 5pm. You need a part now. We get it done.

Available to approved trade accounts only. Apply at /pages/wholesale/apply

How emergency sourcing works

Call us with the part details

Spa brand, model, failed part description, and your customer's location. We log the request immediately.

We source from the closest available stock

Our warehouse first. If we're out, we tap regional distributor partners across the US and Canada to find your part fastest.

You get a real ETA and shipping plan

Most parts ship same day or next morning. We tell you the exact delivery time so you can set expectations with your customer.

When emergency sourcing is the right call

Use emergency sourcing when:

  • Customer's spa is leaking actively
  • Spa is frozen or about to freeze (no heat)
  • Pump or heater failed and customer has a guest event
  • You need the part before a weekend or holiday
  • You're on a callback and cannot afford another truck roll

Use standard ordering when:

  • Customer can wait 2–4 business days
  • You're planning ahead for maintenance season
  • Part is for inventory stock, not a specific job
  • You're testing a diagnosis (order both options)

Fair and transparent emergency pricing

  • Standard trade pricing on the part itself — no markup for being urgent
  • Expedited shipping at cost (we pass through actual carrier rates, no margin)
  • Distributor sourcing fee of $25 flat — only if we have to pull from a partner instead of our own warehouse
  • No surcharge for after-hours, weekend, or holiday orders

We earn your loyalty by being fair when it counts, not by extracting margin during your worst moments.

A spa tech in Phoenix called us at 4:30pm on a Friday. The customer's Hot Spring Highlife had a failed circulation pump and they were hosting a family event Saturday morning. Our warehouse was 1,800 miles away — too far. We sourced a Laing E14 from a distributor partner in Phoenix, the tech picked it up at 7am Saturday, and the customer's spa was running by 11am. That's what we mean by emergency sourcing.
