ICE means your spa freeze protection has activated. This may be triggered by actual freezing conditions or a faulty temperature probe.
How to diagnose ICE
- Confirm ambient temperature near the spa equipment.
- Check the temperature probe / sensor reading on the topside or via diagnostics.
- Inspect probe wiring for damage or moisture intrusion.
- Replace the temperature probe if it reports incorrect readings.
