These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bubblessupply.com and your purchase of products from Bubbles Supply. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Bubbles Supply operates bubblessupply.com, a North American online retailer specializing in replacement spa parts. We are registered in Canada and operate fulfillment in both the United States and Canada, serving customers in both countries.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Pricing

Prices for US orders are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices for Canadian orders are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Prices are subject to change without notice
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred
Product availability is subject to change. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance by Bubbles Supply. We reserve the right to refuse any order
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments

5. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order based on your shipping address:

US orders: sales tax collected where Bubbles Supply has nexus, in accordance with state laws
Canadian orders: GST/HST and provincial taxes collected based on shipping province

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada — please see our Shipping Policy for full details
US orders ship from our US warehouse, Canadian orders ship from our Canadian warehouse
No cross-border shipping — US customers receive US fulfillment, Canadian customers receive Canadian fulfillment
Flat rate shipping of $9.95 (USD or CAD) applies to most orders. Free shipping on orders over $200.
In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM CT on business days typically ship same day
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

Please see our full Returns Policy for complete details. In summary:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging
Returns must be sent to the warehouse in your country (US returns to US warehouse, Canadian returns to Canadian warehouse)
Electrical parts that have been installed are non-returnable for safety reasons
Contact us at returns@bubblessupply.com before returning any item to receive an RMA number

8. Warranty

New parts carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase
Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear
Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase
Our warranty obligation is limited to replacement or refund of the defective part at our discretion

9. Fitment and Compatibility

We provide compatibility information based on manufacturer specifications and community-verified data
It is your responsibility to verify that a part is compatible with your specific spa model before installation
If a part does not fit as described in our compatibility data, contact us and we will work to resolve it
"Exact Fit Guaranteed" applies to parts where compatibility has been verified against manufacturer specifications

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Bubbles Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of parts purchased from us

11. Intellectual Property

All content on bubblessupply.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bubbles Supply or its licensors and is protected by US and Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

12. Use of Our Site

You agree not to use our site to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Scrape or harvest data from our site without written permission

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For US customers: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
For Canadian customers: these Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
