Always cut power at the breaker before opening the spa pack or touching wiring. Spa equipment runs at 120/240V and can be lethal. If you are unsure, hire a licensed spa technician.

| OH | Overheat — water temperature exceeded the safe limit (typically 110–118°F). | View fix → |
| OHH | Overheat protection triggered — often paired with HFL. | View fix → |
| HFL | Heater Flow Loss — the heater is on but no water flow was detected. | View fix → |
| LF | Persistent low flow — the system detected low flow repeatedly. | View fix → |
| DR | Dry heater — the heater fired without water in the chamber. | View fix → |
| Sn1 | Temperature sensor failed — open or shorted. | View fix → |
| Sn3 | Heater sensor failed — open or shorted. | View fix → |
| SnA | Sensor A disconnected from the control board. | View fix → |
| Snb | Sensor B disconnected from the control board. | View fix → |
| HL | High Limit reached — the heater shut down for safety. | View fix → |
