Error Code
Snb error code — Balboa spa
Always cut power at the breaker before opening the spa pack or touching wiring. Spa equipment runs at 120/240V and can be lethal. If you are unsure, hire a licensed spa technician.
Snb is the sibling of SnA — the board lost the second sensor. Same diagnosis: harness and connector first, sensor second, board last.
What Snb means
Sensor B disconnected from the control board.
Diagnose in order
- Power-cycle at the breaker — this clears the majority of communication errors
- Inspect the topside cable for kinks, water damage or corroded pins
- Reseat the topside connector at the main board
- Replace the topside cable before the panel; replace the board only as a last resort
