NO Co error code — Gecko spa
Always cut power at the breaker before opening the spa pack or touching wiring. Spa equipment runs at 120/240V and can be lethal. If you are unsure, hire a licensed spa technician.
NO Co is the harder version of COM — nothing is arriving from the topside at all. Same order of diagnosis: cable, connector, panel.
What NO Co means
No communication from topside to control box.
Diagnose in order
- Power-cycle at the breaker — this clears the majority of communication errors
- Inspect the topside cable for kinks, water damage or corroded pins
- Reseat the topside connector at the main board
- Replace the topside cable before the panel; replace the board only as a last resort
