PROG error code — Gecko spa
Always cut power at the breaker before opening the spa pack or touching wiring. Spa equipment runs at 120/240V and can be lethal. If you are unsure, hire a licensed spa technician.
PROG shows when setup or firmware writing went wrong. One power cycle clears most of them; recurring PROG codes are hardware, usually the topside.

Diagnose in order
- Power-cycle at the breaker and re-enter settings
- If it recurs, the topside is the usual hardware cause
- Persistent PROG after topside replacement points at the board
