Always cut power at the breaker before opening the spa pack or touching wiring. Spa equipment runs at 120/240V and can be lethal. If you are unsure, hire a licensed spa technician.
ICE on these systems is automatic freeze protection. Pumps cycling on their own in winter is the system saving your plumbing, not a fault.

- In real cold this is protection working — leave it alone
- In mild weather, verify the temperature sensor
