Before you buy — quick checklist

  • Confirm your control system is a Balboa Duplex Digital — check the label on the control box or existing keypad
  • Verify whether your spa uses a standard frame or large frame cabinet, as gasket fitment depends on panel cutout dimensions
  • Inspect the existing gasket for shrinkage, cracking, or compression set — take a photo before removal to confirm profile match
  • Check the topside panel housing for warping or cracking that could prevent a proper seal even with a new gasket

Reading the checklist now prevents 90% of returns. Worth the 60 seconds.
